The Institution of Engineers(India), Delhi State Centre has the following Conference facilities which can be made available for Meetings, Seminars, Cultural shows or any other activities .

# Full Day means - 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs
* Half Day Implies 4 hrs duration between 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs.
In case of exceeding the time from 0930 to 1730 hrs onwards, an additional Half day charges will be levied and in case of exceeding more than (4 hrs, the charges of full day will apply).
Bulk booking means booking for Continuous 15 days or more.
Additional Charges:
1. GST applicable as per Government of Inida.
2. Overtime charges for facilities required on Saturdays, Sundays and Institution's Holidays @ 20%.
3. Charges for presentation facility :- Rs. 2000 per projector + Rs. 1000 for PC.
